About CTM Colorado Team Mediation operates on the belief that most couples are capable of completing a separation and divorce on their own, with the right amount, and only the amount needed, of resources, such as mediation, parent and divorce coaching, financial expertise and legal education/advice. CTM is also based on the belief that because families have varied needs when undergoing a separation and divorce, a team approach with resources is also needed. Thus, the mission of CTM is to provide mediation and the team of resources needed, at the right time, and only when needed, to make the separation and divorce experience as peaceful and affordable as possible, and especially with a focus on creating a blueprint for the remodeled family’s healthy future.
